Partners in Compassion Cambodia Organization (PC) has been established by people from two different regions: Cambodians and Americans. The organization has gained support from monks and lay people who love human dignity. It is a non-governmental, independent, neutral, non-political, non-racist, and secular organization. It has been recognized by the Cambodian Ministry of the Interior through letter No. 1260 N, dated December 21, 2001, and renewed letter No. 4428 N, dated November 11, 2020.

PC has been implementing its 5 years 'strategic plan 2021‐2025 which strongly contributes to the Sustainability Development Goal and the Three Zero Strategies of the Government in fighting HIV & AIDS and needs of vulnerable persons; decreased mortality rate, zero discrimination, new infection and the improvements of maternal and child health, reproductive health, family planning, livelihoods, nutrition, WASH, hygiene, sanitation and community development, education, live in peace and reduce inequality and partnership.

PC is committed to sharing a common desire to assist & support the Cambodian people in raising the standard of life for the most vulnerable individuals & groups in society so that all will achieve the benefits from the development of Cambodia in order to ensure they will live a quality life in peace, with dignity & equality.

Our Mission

The Mission of PC is to enable those in society without a voice, capacity, ability, or opportunity, including those living with HIV/Aids, to live with human dignity, without the fear of discrimination, enjoy full human rights, know and experience the Love, Service and Compassion of others through participating in the Sustainable Development Goals. 

Structure of the organization 

PC is governed by a Board of Directors of five members: Dr. HE Tia Phalla, Vice Chair of National AIDS Authority; Ms. Mom Chanthy, Vice Chair of Health Department of Cambodian Red Cross; Dr. Ton Sokhey, M&E specialist; Mrs. Nith Sopha, Program Manager for FHI 360 and Dr. Kiang Sophal, Free land Consultant.
