Leveraging established community networks and local partnerships, PC supports health facilities in delivering quality HIV services. This includes assisting with patient registration, treatment counseling, appointment coordination, and treatment literacy to help clients understand and adhere to ART.
The project also provides community-based follow-up and support, including tracing clients who miss scheduled appointments, facilitating access to health services, and conducting home visits for individuals requiring additional care and monitoring. Through these efforts, PC helps improve treatment retention, strengthen adherence to ART, and promote better health outcomes for PLHIV and their families.

Community-Based Care for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC)
Since 2014, the Community-Based Care for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) Project has supported vulnerable children, including those affected by HIV, to grow up in safe, healthy, and supportive environments. Working in partnership with families, communities, schools, local authorities, and government agencies, the project promotes child well-being, protection, education, and development.
The project provides educational support, life-skills development, child protection services, and family strengthening interventions to help children reach their full potential. Through case management, children's clubs, caregiver support, vocational training, savings groups, and referrals to essential health, education, and social services, the project addresses the diverse needs of vulnerable children and their families.

Art and Creative Skills Development
In 2017, PC organized art and drawing classes for vulnerable children in Wat Angkunh Community, Trapaing Krasang Commune, Bati District, Takeo Province. The program provided children from low-income and orphaned households with opportunities to develop creativity, self-expression, and artistic skills through engaging after-school activities.
By creating a safe and supportive learning environment, the initiative encouraged children to build confidence, explore their talents, and participate in positive recreational and educational experiences within their community.
Wat Ou Poat Community Children's Center
The Wat Ou Poat Community Children's Center provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for orphans, children living with HIV, and other vulnerable children in Takeo Province. Through residential care and comprehensive support services, children have access to accommodation, nutritious meals, education, healthcare, and opportunities for personal development.
In addition to attending public and private schools, children are supported with English language learning and other educational activities to strengthen their future opportunities. For older youth who are unable to continue formal education, the program provides access to vocational skills training tailored to their interests and career aspirations.
Beyond education and livelihood support, the center promotes life skills, personal growth, and positive development by helping children build self-confidence, set life goals, and develop a vision for their future. Recreational activities, educational excursions, and community events are also organized to foster learning, well-being, and hope for a brighter future.
